Burns Monument
The Burns Monument situated in the Kay Park, Kilmarnock. This print shows how it would have looked in the 1950's. The monument had seen years of attack, the outer pillars were pulled down and a steel fence had to be erected to save it from further damage. It was then destroyed by fire in 2005.
